The Thoreau Walker
This special Walker is a replica of the walking stick used by one of America's most treasured figures, Henry David Thoreau, during his time on Walden Pond. Thoreau moved to Walden in 1845 to experience a "purposeful life," and in order to survive, he needed to surround himself with items of utility. This special edition Walker is exactly that. Crafted in your choice of either cedar or oak, the Thoreau Walker will serve as a beautiful decoration or a sturdy walking companion.
PLEASE NOTE: each Walker is sourced from the woods and handmade. Please allow about 3 weeks for handcrafting and shipping!
